Prerequisites: Front & Back Float Jump In & Return To Wall Swim 40 feet with “Windmill Arms” Rollover Breathing
Description: Swimming is the #1 doctor recommended form of exercise for adults. But this is not a fitness program. This is a class designed to teach proper swimming technique to adults. The first level will teach non-swimming adults to get over their fear so they can start moving around in the water and going under the surface of the water (with gear and without gear). An advanced class for adults wishing to learn technique and advanced strokes is taught after all gear has been shed and you confidence level is high enough to venture into water deeper than you.
