Sharks – 7 to 17 Years Old

Level I – Six Students / One Swim Teacher
Prerequisites:
Swim 80 feet with “Freestyle Arms”
Bi-Lateral Breathing
Swim 80 feet Elementary
Backstroke 2 Minutes Treading Water

Description: Refining Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke is the major focus of the advanced students. The last of the competitive strokes is introduced in level I and refined in level II. Strength and endurance will win the race, but also good fast starts and turns. Students will continue their improvement in competitive strokes and fine tune their competitive starts and turns (dives, push offs, and pull outs).

 
 

Sharks – 7 to 17 Years Old

Swim 165 feet with “Freestyle Arms”
Bi-Lateral Breathing
Swim 80 feet Elementary
Backstroke Swim 80 feet
Competitive Backstroke
